Freight Shipping

The shipping charges calculated by this website are for residents of the United States, excluding Hawaii and Alaska residents. At this time, American Gas Works only ships in within the Contiguous USA.

Freight Truck (Common Carrier) Deliveries: Items will be shipped to the address provided by you at the time of checkout. You assume responsibility for any lost or stolen merchandise, provided American Gas Works, LLC has proof of delivery from the delivery agent to the delivery address.

In most cases, the freight truck carrier will contact you to schedule delivery. They provide curbside delivery and are not responsible for bringing your merchandise into your home or garage. However, many will offer this service for a fee that you can pay at the time of delivery.

Free shipping is offered on orders over $149.00 (before tax) and is limited to shipping costs up to $150.00 within the 48 contiguous States.  Shipping charges for orders under $99.00 will be charged a flat $9.99 shipping fee.  Orders that contain individual items that are less than $149.00 will ship free Standard Ground service provided the entire order totals more than $149.00 (before tax).  Orders that have multiple items shipped to the same address, will not incur any additional shipping charges.  Because our items are frequently shipped from multiple warehouses, we are only able to use our shipping account. Free shipping does not include special services such as "signature required" or "lift gate required".

At this time, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes or Military (APO/FPO) addresses.  We must have a residential or commercial physical address in order to ship any item.  If a non-physical address is entered, we will contact you to obtain a physical address.  If we are unable to do so and the item has already shipped, fees may apply for reshipment.

When calculating your shipping time, please add the time needed to receive, process, and ship your order.  Freight Shipping takes up to 7 days to arrive after your order has been processed, packaged, and shipped. It is common for you to receive items separately as items often ship from different warehouses.
